Sdram-ddram Laptop Sdram/ddram Compatible?

Laptop sdram/ddram compatible? - sdram-ddram

Hello, I have an Acer Aspire 1306LC laptop with 256 MB SDRAM PC-133 standard.
I bought 256 MB of RAM (if I 512), and I wonder whether I 256 SDRAM 133, and 256 DDR (266 MHz, or higher), all compatible?
This may also explain why yes or no? Thanks

Everything depends on the motherboard

SDRAM 168-pin 4-desktops and laptops 144 pin 4
SODIMM Appeal
A 184-Pin DDRAM
ddram2 has 240 pins
In addition to the speed - MHz and 4 different strains of each species and family

U Gotta particularly good choice!

TravelMate 130LC used PC133 SODIMM's
It is equipped with 2 locations and allows max. 1 GB of RAM

How To's stick PC133 SODIMM (SDRAM)
i. Check u'r 256 in slot one and two
128 + 128 words or only 1 x 256 MB
- If it is 1 x 256, the work easier u'r
just bought 1 x 256 and add
"If it 128 + 128, u'r bored in some
u gotta sell scrap or
Buy 512 x 1, so u can then add 512
Cheaper solution, or 256 x 2 ()
II U may have an odd
128 + 256
128 + 512
and so on ...

not first, SDRAM and DDR RAM is compatible (in the technical and plugs are different).
Acer laptop computer has 2 slots. Now you should see if the 256 MB of RAM in two modules (2 x 128 MB) or just the module 1 (1 x 256 MB). If the module 1 x 256 MB to 256 MB more. but when is 2 x 128 MB, you must remove the module 1 and can replace it with a 256 MB (for a total of 384 MB), or you can add a module of 512 MB (for a total of 640 MB). Your laptop supports up to 2 x 512 MB.

These are the RAM modules that are compatible with your laptop
